为增加学院的展览空间,我们通过民间集资,并以师生DIY的方式建造了这个“违规”建筑。
作为建筑与城市规划学院的建筑,我们希望她不仅仅提供使用的空间,还希望她自身兼具建筑教育功能。
为了展示可生长的建筑材料,设计采用了原竹天花,我们预先将原竹泡入石灰水以防止虫蛀;为了展示建筑表皮的气候适应性,我们采用了带可调节遮阳的双层玻璃窗,夏季遮阳挡住阳光,热空气从腔体下部进入双层玻璃空腔,再经由上部百叶排出,冬季则关闭进出风口,收起百叶,使尽可能多的阳光进入室内;我们邀请黄陂师傅用毛石砌筑墙体,给学生展示黄陂传统民居中著名的“木兰干砌”;为了增加建筑深处的采光质量,我们在距窗8m进深处升高了屋面,允许南向阳光经曲线型金属天花反射至室内,建筑完成后,实测数据证明这一做法获得了实效。
In order to increase the exhibition space of the school, we raised funds from the public and built this "illegal" building in a do-it-yourself way.
As the building of the School of Architecture and Urban Planning, we hoped that it would not only provide usable space, but also serve as an architectural education. In order to show the growing building materials, the design adopted the original bamboo ceiling. We soaked the original bamboo in lime water in advance to prevent the moth.
In order to show the climate adaptability of the building envelope, we adopt double-glazing windows with adjustable shading. In summer, the shading blocks the sunlight, hot air enters the double-glazing space from the lower part of the cavity and then is discharged through the upper louvres. In winter, the inlets, outlets louvres are closed so more sunlight can enter the room. Also, we invited Huangpi craftsmen to build walls with rubble stone to show students the famous "Mulan dry masonry" in Huangpi traditional dwellings. In order to increase the quality of lighting in the depth of the building, we raised the roof at a depth of 8 meters from the window, allowing the southern sunlight to be reflected to the interior through the curved metal ceiling. After the completion of the building, the high performance was validated through collected data of measurement.
