该项目选址于武汉大学科技园。因汤逊湖的影响,该区域路网不太规整,故而产生了许多不规则地块。本项目用地的四边均不平行,我们以CAD的“offset”命令使得建筑外墙沿相邻道路平行后退,最终形成梯形的内院空间,该空间正好可作为公共绿地及员工活动空间。我们以此法在不规则地形中创造了规整的企业形象。
以“offset”命令做成周边环绕式格局,在道路交叉口必然会出现局促的外部空间,本设计将展厅外立面设计成斜线,从而营造出城市拐角处的友好氛围。
以“offset”命令做成周边环绕式格局,所剩绿地不多,因此我们将多处屋顶做成第二自然,在绿地率统计数字不变的情况下,增加了可以接触自然的休闲空间。
该公司主营建筑材料,需要大量实验室,管道井是实验室建筑的重要功能性构件,对于建筑师,这也是创造形式的机会,在解决排污功能的同时可以创造出对比强烈的虚实凹凸立面。
我们在建筑的南侧采用了凹凸相间的立面语汇,夏季有利于遮阳,冬季因太阳高度角的变化,阳光可以顺畅地进入室内,在建筑的西侧则采用了大片实墙,既能遮挡强烈的西晒,又在城市尺度上提升了建筑的标志性。

The project site is located in Wuhan University Science Park. Due to the influence of Tangxun Lake, the road network in this area is not very regular, and many irregular blocks are generated. The four sides of the land used in this project are not parallel. According to the "offset" command of CAD, the outer wall of the building retracts in parallel along the adjacent road, finally forming a trapezoidal inner courtyard space which can be used as public green space and employee movement space. In this way, we create a neat corporate image in irregular terrain.
In "offset" order, it is made into the surrounding wraparound pattern, and the narrow external space will appear at the intersection of the road. We designed the facade of the exhibition hall into diagonal lines, creating a friendly atmosphere for urban corners.
Surrounding wraparound pattern leaves only a small amount of green space. Therefore, many roofs are made into the second nature, which increases more leisure space for employees to contact with nature while the statistics of green space rate remain unchanged.
The company mainly deals with building materials which requires a large number of laboratories. Pipe Wells are an important functional component of experimental buildings. For architects, this is also an opportunity to create a form tosolve the sewage function while creating a strong concave and convex façade at the same time.
On the south side of the building, we adopted a facade language with concave and convex intersections, which can provide shading in summer. And sunlight can enter the interior smoothly in winter due to the low height of the sun. On the west side of the building, we adopted a large solid wall which can not only keep out the strong western sun, but also provide the landmark of the building on the urban scale.
