China's urbanization process in recent 30 years has led to a large number of farmers abandoning their farms and entering cities, which has led to a series of problems in rural areas. Located in Xuanen county, Enshi Prefecture, Hubei province，Pengjia village is a key cultural protection unit under the state council. Due to the protection of cultural protection law, Pengjia village is still well preserved, but the surrounding Tujia village has been seriously damaged. This planning and design strive to integrate tourism and organic sightseeing agriculture, attract migrant workers back to the village to participate in the construction of new rural areas, in the development of tourism, at the same time to save the decline of agriculture, reconstruction of healthy rural social ecology. This design strives to excavate and highlight the Tujia traditional culture, and integrates the nine villages along the longtan river to form the Tujia pan-museum in China. The production, life and agricultural landscape of Tujia farmers are all the living exhibition contents of the museum. A small number of key designs use long-span composite wood structure. On the one hand, it can transcend the limitations of traditional structure. On the other hand, it can recycle the waste and fragmented wood, which is conducive to the sustainable development of the industry. At the same time, it can moderately highlight the spirit of the times.
