恩施大峡谷是鄂旅投公司麾下的4A景区,近年来游客量增长迅速。为增大景区容量,也为优化景区交通格局,我们受邀设计其女儿湖游客集散中心。
游客集散中心左侧连接地面缆车,缆车可快速到达地缝和峡谷景区,右侧连接空中索道,索道可送游客到达6km之外的女儿湖滑雪场。
游客集散中心在外部尺度和内部层数之间往往存在矛盾:作为自然山水中环境中的建筑,若做一层,在体量上不能形成有分量的视觉形象,也会因建筑的水平展开而导致土地浪费;若做成普通的两层,其外立面或会显得凌乱琐碎。我们的思路是做一个略有东方建筑意味、刚柔相济、高低变化的大盒子,在外部形成整体、连续的视觉形象,在内部则作精细的竖向划分,底层全部打通,形成2000多m2的游客接待大厅,在二楼则设置走廊和内部办公空间,办公室全部由钢结构“吊”在空中,如此做法不仅丰富了空间,同时还解决了内外分区的管理问题。
Enshi Grand Canyon is a 4A scenic area under the administration of Hubei Tourism Group. In recent years, the number of tourists has been increasing rapidly. In order to increase the capacity of the scenic area and optimize the traffic pattern of the scenic area, we were invited to design the visitor center of its Daughter Lake.
The new visitor center is connected to the ground cable car on the left, which can quickly reach the geosuture and canyon scenic spot. And the air cable car on the right, which can take visitors to the Daughter Lake Ski Resort 6km away.
There is often a contradiction between the external scale and the number of internal floors in the tourist distribution center. As a building in the natural landscape, it will not have a significant visual image in terms of volume if it is built on one floor. And it will occupy too much space due to the horizontal expansion of the building. If the two floors are simple, the facade may be messy and trivial. Our idea is to create a large box with a slight oriental architectural image, combining hardness and softness, and varying height, to form an overall visual image on the outside and a vertical division on the inside. The ground floor is completely opened, forming a tourist reception hall of more than 2000 m2. On the second floor, there are corridors and internal offices, all of which are suspended in the air by the steel structure. This not only enriches the space, but also solves management problems of the internal and external partition.
